Question 478: To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the reason a person (details supplied) in County Galway has not received a single payment scheme. [10070/10]

The person named does not hold any Single Payment entitlements. She applied for a transfer of entitlements via inheritance from another person into her name on 15 May 2009 but as the transferor did not establish any Single Payment entitlements during the reference period 2000–02, there were no entitlements available for transfer.
