Question 170: To ask the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the number of applications received by the Money Advice and Budgeting Service system in 2009; if this was an increase or decrease on 2008; if advice was sought in regard to mortgage arrears, personal debt or other matters; the assistance that is provided for previously self-employed persons in cases where a MABS Board do not consider their applications; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
