Question 78: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the percentage of the Health Service Executive disability fund that has been used to purchase services from private for profit disability organisations; the providers used to provide these services and the amount each service provider received in payment for the services; the planned spend by the HSE on such services for 2010; the service agreements required to be entered in to by the providers; if they are required to provide annual audited accounts; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
