Question 277: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if in the case of expensive medicines that have been prescribed and supplied under State-funded schemes, it is possible for the State to recoup the cost of medicines in cases in which the treatment changes and the medicines are unused and are returned to the dispensing pharmacist; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
