A person in receipt of Illness Benefit whose spouse or partner has a gross income in excess of €400 per week is not entitled to an increased payment for a qualified child.

Question 251: To ask the Minister for Social and Family Affairs if the minimum of 19 hours per week to qualify for family income supplement will be satisfied by having two part-time jobs; and if the same requirement will be satisfied by adding unpaid working hours to an existing job. [7234/10]
