Question 197: To ask the Minister for Finance the number of civil servants that availed of the cost neutral early retirement scheme for each year since 2000 to date in 2010; the number of civil servants that availed of the incentivised scheme for early retirement in 2009 and to date in 2010; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
