Question 467: To ask the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the position regarding a person (details supplied); if all entitlements and payments are currently being made to them; if child benefit is being awarded for three children; if it is nominally in the person's name and if payment can be made direct to them as they are currently not in receipt of same; if child dependant allowance for each of the three children is being awarded; if so, if payment can be made direct to them as they are currently not receiving same; and if the person is in receipt of the household benefits package and fuel allowance.
