There are currently four Directives in my Department's area of responsibility, which are outstanding for transposition. These include one directive requiring partial transposition by end 2009 and the remaining provisions by 31 December 2012. A further ten Directives are due for transposition between April 2010 and the beginning of 2012. Details of the Directives involved are set out in the Table. My Department is working to ensure the comprehensive transposition of these Directives.
