Question 294: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if there are EU Directives which require to be transposed into primary or secondary legislation; the list of such directives; the date they were drafted by the Commission; when she intends to transpose them into domestic law; and if she will make a statement on the matter. There are a number of EU Directives requiring transposition by my Department as follows:
