The deduction from payroll in respect of trade union and staff association subscriptions for members of the Gardaí in 2009 is as follows: Garda Representative Association €3,085,405 Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors €932,744 Association of Garda Superintendents €73,808 Associations of Chief Superintendents €20,160

The deduction from payroll in respect of trade union and staff association subscriptions for employees of the Prison Service in 2009 is as follows:
