Question 667: To ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs if his attention has been drawn to the fact that many councils in England have adopted policies, including licence conditions for pet shops, that contain discriminatory conditions on dogs and cats imported from Ireland which does not apply to other countries; if he will raise this matter with his British counterpart; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
