I have no role to play in the day to day operations of any private health insurance company, including issues relating to the settlement of claims. If the individual in question is not satisfied with decisions made by the private health insurance company, they may contact the Health Insurance Authority (www.hia.ie, Canal House, Canal Road, Dublin 6).
