Question 376: To ask the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism the steps taken since December 2008 to improve the human resources capabilities of the cultural sector through training in the arts, arts administration, management and cultural entrepreneurship as announced in the Building Ireland's Smart Economy: A Framework for Sustainable Economic Renewal report. I propose to take Questions Nos. 367 and 376 together.

My Department reports regularly to Department of the Taoiseach on progress in implementing the report entitled Building Ireland's Smart Economy A Framework for Sustainable Economic Renewal. The following is an extract from the most recent report.
