The lady referred to by the Deputy can get the Information Booklet and Application Form for the Nursing Homes Support Scheme from her local Nursing Home Support Office. Alternatively, they can be downloaded from the HSE website at: http://www.hse.ie/eng/services/Find_a_Service/Older_People_Services/nhss/nhss.html

Once completed, the Application Form needs to be submitted to the local Nursing Home Support Office. The relevant office in this case is:
