Question 130: To ask the Minister for Social and Family Affairs if a person (details supplied) in County Dublin will be allowed continue on the back to education allowance in view of the fact they were asked to go on a course by her Department; if her attention has been drawn to the fact that they did not get a qualification from the short period that was spent on a third level course in UCD; if her further attention has been drawn to the fact that if they had to revert to jobseeker's allowance they would be receiving the exact same amount of money from her Department; if she will allow them to continue on the course due to the fact that it will give them a better opportunity to secure employment in the future; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
