Question 214: To ask the Minister for Health and Children her plans to ensure that an organisation (details supplied), which has already received a 3% cut in State funding in the past year, will not suffer further cutbacks in budget 2010 as this co-funded service is essential to those who suffer from this disease; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Planned expenditure levels for the Health Sector will be considered as part of the Government's Estimates and Budgetary process for 2010. Deliberations by Government on the expenditure allocations for next year will continue up until Budget time and it would not be appropriate for me to comment further at this stage pending the outcome of these deliberative processes.
