Question 179: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if she will report on the Health Information and Quality Authority inspection of the special care unit at Ballydowd, County Cork; the steps she is taking to address the issues raised; the reason this centre is to be closed rather than reformed; the total number of high support places available and their location; the number of such places which are required; her plans for meeting this demand; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
