Question 134: To ask the Minister for Transport the total number of road traffic accidents reported in each of the past five years and to date in 2009; if an accident report was completed in each case with particular reference to fatalities or injury; the extent to which drugs, alcohol or other factors contributed to the cause; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
