Question 169: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) in County Cavan has been denied welfare payment from her Department and from community welfare services; the further reason they received a letter from community welfare services stating that they should now contact the reception and integration agency of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform which will facilitate their return home.
