Question 399: To ask the Minister for Finance if the National Asset Management Agency legislation will contain a provision for an automatic extension of planning permissions to include stages subsequent to those completed, despite the existing planning permission under consideration being due to run out in December 2009 as in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Longford; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
