Question 350: To ask the Minister for Finance the address of properties rented by the State for the use of each Department, State or semi-State agency; the date of commencement of the lease of each such property; the square meterage or square footage of such property; the number of persons working in each such property; the rent payable in respect of each such property; the date from which the current rent payable commenced; the purpose for which each property is utilised; the name of the landlord of each such property; the steps taken to date in 2009 to determine if the rent currently payable accords with current market rents for similar properties; and the steps taken to effect, where appropriate, a downward review of such rents.
