Question 342: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of officials at principal officer level or higher, in both absolute terms and as a percentage of total staff, who are expected to be working in his Department following full implementation of the incentivised early retirement scheme. Assuming that all applicants under the Incentivised Scheme for Early Retirement (ISER) ultimately avail of the scheme, there will still be 116 staff at Principal Officer level or higher working in my Department and agencies staffed by it, representing 5% of the overall staffing complement.
