Question 268: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the financial implications of court cases involving local authorities; if he will provide a breakdown of both legal costs and amounts awarded in such cases per local authority for the past five years; if any members of staff or any local authorities have been disciplined as a result of a local authority having lost a court case in the past five years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
