Question 275: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his Department is taking part in the cycle to work scheme or plans to do so in the near future; the agencies and bodies under the aegis of his Department taking part in the cycle to work scheme and those which are not; and the impact the implementation of decentralisation will have on participation in the scheme. The Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform and all bodies under its aegis are participating in the cycle to work scheme which is available to all employees, regardless of location. It is unlikely that decentralisation will have any significant impact on the implementation of the scheme.
