Question 735: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the legal and other associated costs incurred to date in 2009 by the commission in relation to Complaint no. EE/2008/034 lodged with the Equality Tribunal in the context of his Department's corporate governance responsibility for the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission and the Equality Tribunal; if he has been informed by the Tribunal of any change in its long-standing practice to publish on its website details of all case decisions following determination; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand that the complaint referred to by the Deputy is still before the Equality Tribunal and it would be inappropriate for me to comment on the matter.

There has been no change to the practice of the Equality Tribunal to publish all decisions on its website.
