Question 319: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the status of an application for funding for the Fethard and Burncourt water supply scheme, County Tipperary; if the outstanding documents have been submitted to his Department; when funding will be released by his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Fethard and Burncourt Regional Water Supply Scheme is included for funding under my Departments Water Services Investment Programme 2007 – 2009 at an estimated cost of €14.5 million.
South Tipperary County Council's contract documents for the scheme are awaited in my Department.
