Question 86: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government when he will make a final decision on the implementation of a special protection order on Dublin Bay; the reason for the delay in making that decision in view of the fact that he has had the report from the designated areas appeals advisory board in his possession for some time.
