Question 311: To ask the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question Nos. 120 of 30 October 2008 and 129 of 12 March 2009, the reason a person (details supplied) in Dublin 9 has been denied the necessary treatment since March 2008; and when they will be called for stereotactic radiotherapy in view of the seriousness of their condition. I presume the second parliamentary question mentioned by the Deputy refers to parliamentary question no 272 of 24th March 2009. I understand that the Health Service Executive (HSE) replied to the Deputy in relation to this question on 6th April 2009 and replied to the Deputy in relation to parliamentary question 120 of 30th October 2008 on 20th November 2008.

My Department has requested the HSE to reply directly to the Deputy in relation to the further issue raised in respect of the person concerned.
