Question 280: To ask the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 202 of 23 June 2009, if the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will be considered to be exceptional, having regard to their medical condition, and the length of time that they have awaited treatment; if they will be dealt with via the National Treatment Purchase Fund; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The management of waiting lists generally is a matter for the HSE and the individual hospitals concerned. I have, therefore, referred the Deputy's question to the Executive for direct reply.
