Question 186: To ask the Minister for Health and Children when the appeal against a decision to disallow domiciliary care allowance for a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath will be heard and determined; if steps will be taken to pay a pro rata share of the said respite care grant to this person; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
