Question 202: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will provide details on the increasing level of intimidation of jurors and witnesses to Court cases; the approximate number of cases in which this has occurred annually since 2002 to date in 2009; and if he will make a statement on the matter. This is a highly sensitive matter where confidentiality is an issue. I will confer with the Garda authorities as the Deputy's request for detailed information in this respect and I will communicate with the Deputy when their response is to hand.
