Question 76: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the average length of time it takes the Private Residential Tenancies Board to process a dispute resolution; the optimal time for which they are aiming; and the backlog of work that the PRTB is facing. [25108/09]

My Department has no function in the operational matters of the Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB), which is an independent statutory body established under the Residential Tenancies Act 2004.
