Question 373: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to a decentralisation project (details supplied) in County Tipperary; the stage this project is at; the number of staff transferred to the site; the number of staff who remain to be transferred; the timeframe for same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. There are currently 16 administrative staff in the Equality Authority's decentralised office in Roscrea. As with decentralisation plans for other Government bodies, the question of the decentralisation of further staff will be reviewed in 2011 and decided upon in the light of relevant factors at that time.
