The person concerned is an applicant under the Installation Aid Scheme. His application for payment is currently being examined and a decision will be made in regard to the application as soon as possible.

The latest correspondence from the person named indicates that he did not comply with the requirement to feed meal to the calves for at least four weeks before weaning. An official from my Department will make contact with the applicant.
