Question 159: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the details of consultancy contracts awarded by the Health Service Executive, since 1 January 2007, to assist in devising and implementing a reform, or reorganisation, of its management structures including the number of contracts awarded, the value of these contracts, the number of contracts which have been completed and the number of contracts which were completed on time and within budget; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Question 160: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the number of consultancies currently contracted by the Health Service Executive to assist in devising and implementing a reform strategy for its management structures including the names of each contracted individual or company, the value of each of these contracts and the dates on which it is expected that each of these contracts will be brought to a conclusion; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
