To date, no application for a Farm Electrification Grant has been received by my Department in respect of the person referred to by the Deputy. Application forms are available directly from my Department or from ESB Offices throughout the country. It should be noted that it is up to an applicant to apply on their own behalf - it is not an obligation of the ESB.
