Question 296: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 136 of 26 March 2009, if he will elaborate on the reason for refusal of same in view of the fact that the person (details supplied ) in Dublin 15 states they never received the letter setting out those details; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I refer the Deputy to my previous answer to Question 136 of the 26th March, 2009.
As explained in my previous answer, the application was refused on the 22 August 2007 and a letter outlining the reasons for the refusal issued on the same date. A copy of this letter was sent to the applicant's legal representative at the same time.
