Question 247: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the number of GMS patients nationally who were sent review forms in 2007 and 2008; the number of these forms that were returned; the number of patients who were deleted from the GMS list in 2007 and 2008; the reasons for deletion; the process for following up non-returned review forms; if there are adequate staff numbers to work on this process; and if she will make a statement on the matter. As the information requested by the Deputy is not provided by the HSE to my Department as a matter of routine, the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive has been requested to arrange to address these matters and to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.
