Question 116: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the status of all plans relating to the upgrading and expansion of the Monaghan Town sewerage collection system and the projected capacity of the town's treatment works; the delays in intended works to date; the further works anticipated or planned for 2009 and 2010 across the network; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Monaghan Town Sewerage Scheme is included for funding in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2007 - 2009. A Design Review Report submitted by Monaghan County Council is currently under examination by my Department.
