Question 61: To ask the Minister for Finance, further to Parliamentary Question No. 79 of 30 April 2009, if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the person's employer will not provide documentation to enable the returns to be submitted; and if a revenue audit has commenced in relation to the person's employer. I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that they are in correspondence with the person concerned to establish whether that person was an employee or self employed with the parties concerned. Revenue's dealings with other parties are confidential. Therefore, details of any inquiries made into the matter cannot be made available.
