Question 133: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if a redundancy payment issue referred to her Department by the Labour Relations Commission in the name of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will be resolved shortly; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Redundancy Payments Section of my Department and the Labour Relations Commission has checked to see if a redundancy payments issue has been referred for the individual in question but there is no record of a submission from this person. In the circumstances, and given the fact that two previous questions have been asked in the case of the individual in question, should the Deputy wish to provide further information to me which would clarify the issue, I would be happy to renew enquiries.
