I understand from the Dublin Docklands Development Authority that the Irish Glass Bottle site is being revalued for the purpose of preparing the annual report and accounts of Becbay Ltd., the joint venture company that purchased the site. I have received no information with regard to its current valuation. The Authority's annual report and accounts for 2008 will be submitted to me before 30 June 2009, and copies will be laid before both Houses of the Oireachtas.
