Question 226: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if the Health Service Executive is in a position to provide funding for second level students with autism and other special needs or disabilities who are due to leave special schools in summer 2009 and move to day services provided by voluntary or other support organisations; if she will provide a breakdown of students being accommodated in these services; the number of extra students who will need such services in 2009; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
