I am informed by the Garda Authorities that the matter to which the Deputy refers and other incidents which occurred on the night of Thursday 23 and Friday 24 April 2009 are the subject of an ongoing investigation. I am also informed by the Garda Authorities that they are awaiting a statement of complaint form the person involved in the incident referred to by the Deputy.
