Question 149: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the need for an emergency ambulance service at Edenderry, County Offaly, having regard to the fact that the population has increased to 6,000 persons in the town area and 19,000 people in the Edenderry electoral area and that over the past five years, representations have been made to the authorities outlining the risk, danger and anxiety to patients, due to the inadequate ambulance service in place; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
