My Department currently occupies leased accommodation at the following locations:

(1) Mespil Road, Dublin;

(2) Tubbercurry, Co Sligo;

(3) Doirí Beaga, Co Donegal; and

(4) Acaill, Co Mayo.

The accommodation in Doirí Beaga and Acaill is leased from Údarás na Gaeltachta.

In relation to decentralisation, the Deputy will be aware that my Department's headquarters are scheduled to decentralise to Charlestown, Co Mayo, under the Decentralisation Programme. In an advance move, a total of 100 staff have now decentralised and are in temporary accommodation in Tubbercurry, Co Sligo. As the Deputy will be aware from replies to previous Questions, issues in relation to property, accommodation and costs arising are a matter for the Office of Public Works.
