Question 339: To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will investigate the level of grant aid payable under a farm waste management application for a person (details supplied); if in view of the death of the original applicant and the fact that their successor is under 35 years and a young qualified farmer, they will be entitled to the higher rate of grant payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The terms of the original approval issued by my Department in this case will be applicable in the circumstances referred to by the Deputy, subject to the completed works being in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Farm Waste Management Scheme.
