Question 136: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the licences or permits that are issued by her Department or by a body under the aegis of her Department; the purpose of the licence in each case; the number of licences issued or renewed in each of the past three years in each case; the revenue accruing to the State in each of these years; and the last time the licence fee was increased. The relevant information in respect of my Department is set out in the table below. The issuing of licences or permits by bodies under the aegis of my Department is an operational matter for the bodies in question and my Department does not routinely compile or hold this information. My Department has referred the Deputy's question to the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Health Service Executive for its attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
