Question 154: To ask the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism the number of civil servants in his Department, broken down by gender, who are not subject to a compulsory retirement age of 65 years and who are free to continue at work after age 65 years in accordance with the provisions of the Public Service Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions Act) 2004; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A total of 20 civil servants in the Department are not subject to a compulsory retirement age of 65 years and are free to continue at work after age 65 years in accordance with the provisions of the Public Service Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions Act) 2004. The breakdown by gender is 10 male and 10 female.
