Question 152: To ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs the number of civil servants in his Department, broken down by gender, who are not subject to a compulsory retirement age of 65 years and who are free to continue at work after age 65 years in accordance with the provisions of the Public Service Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions Act) 2004; and if he will make a statement on the matter. There are 127 civil servants in my Department who commenced employment in the Civil Service after 1 April 2004 and are therefore not subject to compulsory retirement at age 65. Of these 127 staff, 52 are male and 75 are female.
